**Position Overview**
The **Dental Implants Sales Specialist** is responsible for promoting and selling the Dentsply Sirona Implants portfolio within a defined geographical territory. The role focuses on increasing market share while maintaining and developing strong, long-term customer relationships.
This position is part of a **national implants team** and works closely with a broader commercial group including marketing, clinical specialists, and equipment sales specialists.
**Primary Objectives**
+ Maximise sales volume and market share of the Dentsply Sirona Implants portfolio within the assigned territory
+ Execute sales activity in line with regional sales plans and national strategies
+ Act as the **primary local point of contact** for all company-related matters within the territory
**Key Responsibilities**
**Planning**
+ Develop, manage, and implement the annual **Territory Sales Plan** to achieve agreed sales, profit targets, and broader business objectives
+ Proactively identify, prioritise, and implement strategies for territory growth and resolution of performance gaps
+ Support the Sales Manager in the development of long-term strategic plans
**Sales Plan Implementation**
+ Build and leverage strong relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders to capitalise on all business opportunities
+ Identify key decision-makers and opinion leaders, working with the Sales Manager to develop sustainable partnerships
+ Understand and communicate customer needs and expectations to internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
+ Act as a direct customer contact to address and resolve concerns in collaboration with relevant internal teams
+ Identify and, where possible, anticipate customer needs to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
**Reporting & Analysis**
+ Measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and recommend modifications where required
+ Accurately record all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
+ Conduct monthly sales analysis and implement actions to ensure achievement within agreed parameters
+ Review sales and segment performance on a monthly basis
+ Report on individual development plan progress and in-field development outcomes
+ Establish efficient systems and processes to manage workload and sales activities
**Knowledge & Capability**
+ Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge through self-directed learning, training, and research
+ Ensure ongoing understanding of company systems, policies, and procedures

+ Work collaboratively as part of a national and regional team
+ Provide support, share best practice, and contribute to team success
**Health, Safety & Compliance**
+ Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
+ Proactively identify and report safety risks
+ Wear personal protective equipment as required
+ Maintain awareness of and comply with all internal safety requirements
**About You**
+ Proven experience in **medical, dental, or capital equipment sales** (implants experience highly regarded)
+ Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share
+ Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
+ Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team environment
+ Strong planning, analytical, and CRM discipline
+ Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory
