Classification Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma and one year of appropriate experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Job Description:

Chairside assisting in Faculty Practice Endodontics where duties will include aid in operatory turnover, cleanup, tray turn-in, and sterilization duties. Stay current with college and department protocols by participating in in-service training (i.e., cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), medical emergency management, etc.), when requested to do so.

Assist graduate students, continuing education fellows, and pre-doctoral students chairside in the care of patients. Maintain excellent student, faculty, and patient rapport.  Assist with electronic charting and referrals associated with patient treatment.

Additional duties (assigned by the supervisor or faculty) not specifically listed above.

Expected Salary:

$17.00 - $19.00
