Demolition Laborer/Operator – Help Rebuild Colorado’s Environment

We’re hiring skilled Demolition Laborers and Operators to join a hands-on team tackling environmental cleanup and emergency response projects across Colorado. If you’re experienced with heavy equipment, take pride in hard work, and want to be part of something bigger than just a job, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Operate mini excavators, skid steers, and loaders on active job sitesBreak and remove concrete, excavate and handle contaminated soilLoad debris and materials into roll-off bins for proper disposalAssist emergency response crews throughout the Denver Metro areaSupport hazardous waste cleanup and facility remediationDecontaminate equipment and prepare waste for safe transportRespond to environmental spills using Vac trucks and specialized gear

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in construction or equipment operationStrong skills operating skid steers and mini excavatorsWillingness to work outdoors in all conditions and perform physical laborCDL B license or willingness to obtain oneHigh school diploma or equivalent

Schedule & Travel

Monday–Friday, starting daily from our Arvada shopTravel to job sites across Colorado as part of a field teamOccasional short-term travel outside the region may be required

Pay & Benefits

$23–$28 per hour, depending on experienceWeekly payOpportunities for growth and specialized training

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
