To strengthen our innovative restaurant team at Crazy Pizza, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Demi Chef de Rang for the upcoming 2026 summer season!
Key Responsibilities\nAdvising guests on the selection of à la carte food and beverages\nSelling and recommending exquisite wines and dishes\nPreparing food in front of guests (fish and meat) and serving food professionally\nWelcoming and looking after guests\nDaily mise en place and office work\nCleaning and maintaining the restaurant\nPreparing and setting up themed buffets\nCompliance with internal hotel standards\nCashier duties (Micros system)\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompleted training in a comparable hotel and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy.\nResilience, tidiness and a very high awareness of quality.\nStructured and organised way of working.\nKeen interest in team-oriented work.\nYour motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest\nVery good English and Italian skills are a prerequisite; basic knowledge of another foreign language, such as German, is desirable\n
