**Main responsibilities:**
+ Assist in creating and improving both short-term and long-term demand forecasts for the business.
+ Regularly review and analyze product, brand, and channel performance to ensure demand plans are met.
+ Help monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement in demand planning processes.
+ Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including preparing materials for reviews and discussions.
+ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and efficiency.
+ Collaborate with teams across different functions like Logistics, Finance, and Commercial to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
+ Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and customer service to inform the team of any risks and suggest solutions.
**About you**
+ Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, supporting decision-making.
+ A proactive willingness to learn and adapt, with a problem-solving approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
+ Basic understanding of supply chain processes such as planning, distribution, and customer service.
+ Familiarity with Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting (knowledge of VBA, Macros, and Queries is a plus).
+ Enthusiasm for Agile methodologies and a keen interest in optimizing processes.
+ Proficiency in both Spanish and English for effective communication across teams.
+ Willingness to participate in an official training program as part of the Graduate Program year.
