Driving Efficient Supply, and Customer Satisfaction through Strategic Collaboration. The NCG position is designed for recent graduates, providing an opportunity to begin a professional career and develop skills in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on supporting team objectives, learning industry’s best practices, and contributing to organizational goals.

This job involves a wide range of sales operations tasks, such as providing data of demand forecasts and sales performance analysis, managing customer information, operating databases, and supporting the delivery of ordered products, to achieve efficient sales activities and optimal production and supply.  Central to this function is collaboration with various departments both domestically and internationally to facilitate seamless operations and superior customer experiences.

 

Validate demand and update forecastPartner with customer service team and supply chain team to optimize product availabilities and execute availability swapCoordinate with supply chain team on expedite and escalationsManage and monitor inventory level, allocate and swap inventorySupport RMA and End of Life issuesSupport ad-hoc requests

 

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or related fieldMinimum 0-2 years of experience in Supply / Inventory Planning Supply Chain OperationsProblem-solving mindset and adaptabilityDetail-oriented with the ability to identify data anomalies and drive root-cause analysisProficient in Excel a mustExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and with cross-functional teamsFluent in EnglishExcellent communication skills
