Job Description

As a Demand Planning Assistant, you’ll work closely with our supply chain and inventory teams to support accurate forecasting and planning. This entry-level role is ideal for recent grads looking to build a career in supply chain management, demand planning, or operations within the food manufacturing industry.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in forecasting product demand across multiple categories using historical data and market trendsSupport inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wasteCollaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align supply with demandMonitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or overstock situationsHelp maintain and update planning tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred)Prepare reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and inventory performanceParticipate in weekly planning meetings and contribute insights from data analysisLearn and apply best practices in demand planning and supply chain operationsTop Skills You’ll Use & DevelopSupply Chain FundamentalsForecasting TechniquesInventory ManagementERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Excel & Data AnalysisCross-functional CollaborationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related fieldStrong analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred, not required)Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentExperience LevelEntry-Level — Perfect for recent grads or candidates with up to 1 year of experienceInternship or coursework in supply chain or forecasting is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
