We are seeking two experienced Delta-V Engineers to join our team and work onsite. The engineers will act as owners' representatives and support the existing team. This role requires expertise in automation systems, specifically Emerson Delta V, and entails working within a biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesAct as an owner's representative onsite, supporting the team with expertise in Delta-V systems.Apply knowledge of Emerson Delta V, OSI Pi, PLCs, and IT Infrastructure & Hardware.Utilize DeltaV Batch Control experience to ensure efficient operations.Implement and support Industrial Automation Networks and their Communication Protocols.Adhere to cGMP regulations related to CSV, including 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in S95 Level 1 systems such as Emerson Delta V.Experience with DeltaV Batch Control.Understanding of Industrial Automation Networks and Communication Protocols.Familiarity with cGMP regulations related to CSV, including 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in supervision or management of people and resources.Project Management certification and/or experience.Process knowledge for Upstream, Downstream, and Bio Processing Support functions.Understanding of GAMP 5 and other recognized industry-standard methodologies.Appreciation of Industry 4.0/IoT, PLC programming, and Controls engineering.Work EnvironmentThe role is based onsite at a biopharmaceutical facility, requiring familiarity with manufacturing and automation systems. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, emphasizing adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
