Job Title: Delivery Service DispatcherJob Description

The Delivery Service Dispatcher is responsible for generating cases related to billing disputes and the service of CO2 tanks. This role involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching services, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. The position demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training under the guidance of a supervisor.

The role is based onsite in Stuart, FL. Employees will work in an air-conditioned office setting with a collaborative team environment. Training is conducted Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for three weeks in the classroom, followed by one week of hands-on training. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
