Delivery Manager - Risk & Compliance
CTG is seeking a seasoned Delivery & Risk/Compliance Management Leader to join our client’s team. This role involves conducting risk assessments for applications and enterprise systems, developing monthly risk dashboards for technology leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Experience with Financial Services Sector (FSS) clients is preferred. Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Lead risk and compliance initiatives across technology and enterprise systems. Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies. Track and report risk remediation efforts to leadership. Provide guidance on risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Proven experience in risk management, governance, and delivery leadership. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (CRISC, CISM, PMP) preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISM, PMP) preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
