As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of key Compliance risk projects, including technology implementations and enhancements within Position Reporting. You will act as a central point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout each project. Extensive experience (7+ years) managing projects within medium to large organisations, with a strong background in technology, data, and vendor collaboration Prior involvement in Compliance risk initiatives within financial services, ideally including Position Reporting or similar platforms The ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, business partners, technology and data teams, and subject matter experts Hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies and practical use of tools such as Jira and Confluence Strong project management skills, including governance, scope and schedule management, risk mitigation, and resource planning, with a proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and build high-performing teams.
