**Position Summary**
As a Delivery Manager, reporting to a Senior Delivery Manager within the PSS Marketing Operations team, you will be instrumental in creating and tracking project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.
You'll collaborate with innovative marketing strategists, creative minds, digital enablement experts, and top-notch vendors to spearhead the full lifecycle of project execution. You'll have the opportunity to resolve issues promptly, monitor and report on project progress and risks, and identify opportunities for process improvement, making a real impact on our projects and overall success.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 3-5 years of experience in project management, account services or marketing operations management.
+ 2+ years of experience working in project management tool, specifically Workfront.
+ Ability to multi-task a variety of initiatives/projects in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
+ Solid project and process management skills with strong understanding of waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
+ Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving and time management skills, including strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to flex and navigate effectively through ambiguity.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience within an agency or internal marketing organization.
**Education**
Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience required.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
