Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services industry, is seeking a Delivery Lead/Change Manager to join their team. As a Delivery Lead/Change Manager, you will be part of the project management and delivery support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Delivery Lead/Change Manager
**Location:** Jersey City, NJ / Plano, TX (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
**Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion**

**What's the Job?**
+ Plan, coordinate, and deliver project or program deliverables involving multiple teams
+ Communicate work objectives, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards
+ Facilitate routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and change controls
+ Coordinate dependencies across teams and support resource planning
+ Promote collaboration and facilitate communication across organizational boundaries
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience as a Scrum Master with additional portfolio-level oversight and program delivery support
+ Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for tracking project progress
+ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
+ Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
+ Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments effectively
