Position Summary

The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments and their operations.
In this high impact role, you will serve as a liaison between long term care facilities and delivery staff. You will train all transport personnel.

In this role you will:

Coordinate work schedules and delivery routesMonitor work flow to analyze patterns and trendsReview and set standards for staffIf needed; Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies into long term care facilities or patient’s homesConduct routing staff meetingsAttend management meetings as requiredThe Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments operations.

Required Qualifications

Driver’s license in good standing and a clean driving recordPossess strong leadership and management skillsAbility to solve problemsExcellent communication skills and work well with other employeesExcellent customer service skillsMust maintain a valid driver's licenseAbility to use routing software (if applicable)Ability to drive a standard transmission IF necessary.Customer service orientation

Physical Requirements:

Sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.Sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.Lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds.Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
