Job Title: Delivery DriverJob Description

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of products to customer locations using a box truck. You will ensure accuracy on invoices, correctly fill out and attach tags or labels to products, and maintain cleanliness of the truck. Additionally, you will complete daily mileage and pickup reports, perform routine maintenance on the truck, and ensure all products leave with proper paperwork. When not on the road, you will assist with vehicle maintenance in the shop.

This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with benefits such as 401k after one year, with a matching contribution of 0.5% up to 6%. Uniforms are provided, and medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered upon becoming a full-time employee.

Work Environment

The work environment involves shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with the expectation of returning from deliveries by 2:30 pm. However, hours may extend to 5-6 pm on Fridays due to deliveries in Bennington, NY. The team is composed of a total of 10 people in the shop.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
