Our client, a leading woodwork designer and manufacturer, is seeking a Delivery Driver to join their team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the efficient delivery of custom products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Delivery Driver
**Location:** Kingston, NY
**Pay Range:** $22 per hour
**Shift:** Thursdays, 7am - 3:30pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Deliver custom wood moulding and other wood products to private homes in NYC, Brooklyn, and Northern NJ.
+ Inventory products and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
+ Operate a RAM ProMaster cargo van, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
+ Utilize GPS for route mapping and vehicle tracking.
+ Adhere to safety and operational protocols while handling deliveries.
**What's Needed?**
+ Clean NYS Driver's license and successful DMV check.
+ Ability to lift items weighing up to 70 lbs, with typical weights ranging from 10 to 45 lbs.
+ Strong route knowledge of NYC, Brooklyn, and Northern NJ.
+ Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
+ Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
