Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Cleveland, United States. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering packages to our valued customers in a timely manner.

Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to transport packages to designated locationsLoad and unload packages from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and organizationPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveriesVerify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package deliveryMaintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumptionConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and complianceProvide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyAdhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulationsReport any incidents, accidents, or vehicle maintenance issues to managementAssist with additional tasks as assigned by the logistics team

QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and efficientlyExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong navigation abilities and familiarity with route planning toolsBasic math skills for handling transactions and managing delivery recordsPhysical stamina to lift and carry packages up to 50 poundsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in delivery or professional driving preferredCommercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required depending on vehicle typeStrong customer service orientation with excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible schedule to accommodate varying delivery demandsProficiency in using mobile devices and delivery management software
