Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Mounds View, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers while representing our company with professionalism and courtesy.

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locationsLoad and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all itemsFollow optimized routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveriesVerify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package receiptMaintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumptionConduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptlyProvide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionallyAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety policiesAssist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicleCommunicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding route updates or delaysWages range from $15-25 with tips and mileage included with hourly wage

QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mobile devicesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyPhysical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 poundsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorBasic math skills for handling cash transactions (if applicable)Familiarity with the Mounds View area and surrounding regions preferredPrevious delivery or courier experience is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededStrong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations on the road
