Due to a recent promotion, Langley Toyota is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the busy team!

About the position, not limited to:

Complete all New and Used deliveries at the dealershipFull knowledge and explanation of vehicle operationsIn control set up for clients Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every clientComplete second deliveries when requiredIntroduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows)Verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port.Follow up for second deliveriesFollow up for reviews, surveys and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s.Merchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they get chargedDealership social media contentChecking in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailableHome deliveries and assisting service customers with technology issuesAssisting lot staff with moving cars when requiredPlate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles
