Job Description
The Delivery Assistant will be responsible for supporting drivers with deliveries of various beverages to offsite clients. This role involves unloading trucks at different bars, restaurants, and stores, using a dolly to maneuver kegs and flats of beer. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work as kegs weigh up to 165 lbs. Professionalism is essential due to potential customer interactions. The assistant will also handle the collection of empty kegs, loading them back onto the truck, and unloading at the warehouse to determine if they are reusable.
ResponsibilitiesAssist drivers with deliveries to offsite clients.Unload trucks at bars, restaurants, and stores using a dolly.Manage the physical handling of kegs weighing up to 165 lbs.Interact professionally with customers.Collect empty kegs from clients and load them onto the truck.Unload and inspect kegs at the warehouse to determine reusability.Essential SkillsExperience with delivery assistance and warehouse operations.Comfort with physical labor and handling heavy items.Ability to operate a pallet jack and dolly.Additional Skills & QualificationsWarehouse experience is a plus but not required.Entry-level candidates willing to engage in physical labor are welcome.Experience with a pallet jack and dolly is advantageous but not mandatory.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
