This is not just a job it’s meaningful service work with a supportive team. --- Pay, Training & Growth • Starting pay: $18 per hour • Paid, hands-on training • Opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement • Skill development in organizing, resale, client service, and project work --- Why Join Us • Flexible, part-time schedule • Supportive, team-oriented environment • Purpose-driven work that helps real families in real ways • Every project is different never boring, never routine   What You’ll Do • Work alongside a caring team to help seniors relocate, resettle, and downsize • Pack, unpack, organize, and thoughtfully set up new living spaces • Sort household items for donation, recycling, cleanout, or sale • Photograph and describe items for online and in-person estate sales • Research and organize items for resale • Assist customers during pickup and sale days • Help bring order, dignity, and calm to homes in transition --- Important Physical Requirements • Standing, bending, packing, sorting, climbing stairs • Lifting up to 25 pounds • Working in homes that may be cluttered or dusty (gloves and supplies provided) • Moving boxes and supplies within homes and storage areas --- We’re Looking For People Who Are: • Naturally compassionate and respectful with seniors • Patient, steady, and emotionally aware • Calm in changing environments • Detail-oriented and organized • Dependable and punctual • Comfortable working as part of a team • Good communicators in English • Comfortable using a phone or tablet for photos and listings --- Requirements • Age 18+ • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Able to travel to local job sites • Able to pass a background check  Powered by JazzHR
