Job Description
Professionally install vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics on a variety of surfaces including vehicles, windows, walls, and signage. Maintain precise knife control and apply advanced techniques for different types of vinyl, ensuring clean edges and bubble-free finishes.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain tools such as squeegees, knives, heat guns, wireless tape, and other industry-standard equipment.Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, measuring, and aligning graphics accurately.Interpret and follow design layouts, blueprints, or customer specifications to ensure accurate placement and scaling.Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure seamless workflow and project accuracy.Troubleshoot installation challenges and adapt techniques to accommodate surface irregularities or environmental conditions.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, issues, or material needs.Uphold company standards by delivering high-quality work that reflects professionalism and attention to detail.Provide excellent customer service during on-site installations, addressing questions or concerns with courtesy and professionalism.Follow all safety protocols, especially when working at heights or with potentially hazardous materials.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience installing decals.Strong understanding of materials and application techniques.Comfortable working at heights of 2–4 stories.Valid driver’s license.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in using hand tools and power tools.Ability to interpret blueprints.Teamwork and communication skills.Precision cutting and assembly skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work both in the shop and in the field, providing a dynamic environment. The role includes working indoors and outdoors, sometimes at heights of 2–4 stories. The dress code is practical to ensure safety and efficiency during installations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
