Deburring Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburring Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from metal or plastic parts to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates have strong hand-eye coordination, experience with hand and power tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm)Remove burrs and smooth edges using hand tools, grinders, sanders, and polishing equipmentInspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are metRead and follow blueprints, work orders, and specificationsMaintain a clean and organized workstationFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPEMeet daily production goals and deadlinesCommunicate issues or discrepancies to supervisorsDeburring Technician Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience preferredStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to use hand tools and power tools safelyBasic math and measurement skills Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (preferred)Reliable attendance and strong work ethicTeam-oriented with good communication skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
