**Deburring Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Deburring Technician, where you will assist in various departments and operate equipment such as Hydraulic Presses, Waterjets, Punch Presses, and CNC machines. Your role will involve deburring parts using handheld tools and grinders, inspecting products to meet customer requirements, maintaining production levels, and keeping the workspace clean and orderly. You will perform equipment maintenance while adhering to state and federal laws, company policies, quality programs, and safety regulations. **Responsibilities** + Assist in a variety of departments. + Operate equipment including Hydraulic Presses, Waterjets, Punch Presses, and CNC machines. + Deburr parts using handheld tools and grinders. + Inspect products according to customer requirements. + Maintain an acceptable level of production. + Ensure a clean and orderly work environment. + Perform equipment maintenance. + Comply with state and federal law, company policies, quality programs, and safety regulations. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production support and deburring metal. + Knowledge of manufacturing environments, particularly in aerospace and sheet metal. + Skilled in grinding welds and titanium blends. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude. + Ability to stay focused and alert while performing repetitive tasks. + Punctual, polite, and respectful of coworkers. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401k plan with a 5% match. The position operates on a day shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, ensuring a structured and professional setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
