Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Deburring Technician to assist in various departments and manage equipment such as Hydraulic Presses, Waterjets, Punch Presses, and CNC machines. The role involves deburring parts using handheld tools and grinders, inspecting products per customer requirements, maintaining production levels, and ensuring a clean and orderly work environment. You will also perform equipment maintenance and comply with state and federal laws, the Company Quality Program and procedures, and Safety and Environmental Regulations.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in various departments.Operate equipment such as Hydraulic Presses, Waterjets, Punch Presses, and CNC machines.Deburr parts using handheld tools and grinders.Inspect products to meet customer requirements.Maintain an acceptable level of production.Ensure a clean and orderly work environment.Perform equipment maintenance.Adhere to and comply with state and federal laws, the Company Quality Program and procedures, and Safety and Environmental Regulations.Essential SkillsExperience in production environments.Proficiency in deburring metal and production support.Knowledge of manufacturing environments, particularly with titanium and sheet metal.Experience in the aerospace industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical aptitude.Ability to focus and remain alert during repetitive tasks.Punctuality and respectfulness towards coworkers.Basic computer skills.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Willingness to learn.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
