Deburring Machine Operator
**_Deburring Machine operator_** **_$15++/hour_** **_Roscoe, Illinois_** **_Job description:_** As a Deburring Machine Operator, you will be responsible for meticulously removing burrs from plastic and metal gears using a variety of tools, including brushes, red wheels, and files. Your role is essential in ensuring the precision and quality of our manufacturing processes. + Read and understand job traveler work instructions regarding deburring processes. + Utilize various methods to remove burrs from gears, including filing and brushing. + File parts on the lathe with precision. + Use buffer machines effectively. + Understand and be aware of machinery capabilities and limitations. + Correctly fill out all necessary paperwork and documentation. + Accurately count parts and ensure proper time input per job. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Exercise care when handling parts to prevent damage. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. **_Qualifications:_** 1) Deburring experience because the 3rd Shift is a skeleton crew 2) Previous industrial/manufacturing experience 3) Attention to detail **_Schedule & Wage :_** **Hours: 1st Shift - 6am - 4:30 3rd Shift 10pm - 6am Sunday- Thurs No Fridays 15% Shift Premium** **_Work Environment :_** + Noise intensity level exposed with this job + Exposure to fumes, odors, dusts, and gases + Occasionally Exposure to hazard of moving mechanical parts **_Benefits & Selling Points:_** + You can get to own the job + If you want to grow and learn, this is the place to own your career. + Great Culture + Opportunity for Growth. **Apply Now!!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr.
