**Job Title: Deburrer** **Job Description** Join a dynamic production team where you will deburr and assemble aerospace products in a machine shop. This role primarily supports the main production lines, focusing on consistent product work. Although the tasks can be repetitive, you will quickly become a skilled professional, with proficiency expected within two weeks. The job involves working with a 12-inch product weighing 3 lbs, with all necessary tools and instructions provided. **Responsibilities** + Deburr and assemble aerospace products on the main production lines. + Tumble parts, frequently lifting up to 20 lbs. + Work with a diverse product line, providing variety in tasks. + Ensure product quality and adherence to work instructions. **Essential Skills** + Mechanically inclined and able to handle repetitive tasks. + Detail-oriented with tolerance for chemical smells. + Familiarity with GD&T, blueprint reading, deburring, CNC, and assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in deburring and assembly. + Blueprint reading or GD&T knowledge. + CNC experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Work with fascinating aerospace parts for major clients like Boeing, offering opportunities to advance into various roles such as deburring, paint, CNC machining, and quality assurance. However, the deburring and assembly area is separate, providing a dedicated workbench for tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Long Lake, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
