This involves placing parts in a machine, starting the machine, applying spray polish, and using a Scotch-Brite pad to complete the finishing process. **Responsibilities** + Perform final operations on medical components and mandrels. + Place parts in machines and start the machine. + Apply spray polish and use a Scotch-Brite pad for final finishing. + Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met. + Utilize hand tools and calipers for precise operations. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in hands-on manufacturing and finishing, preferably in a medical environment. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Ability to read and interpret work instructions. + Comfortable working in a regulated environment with a keen attention to detail. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8-10 hours per day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in medical device or aerospace manufacturing is preferred. + Familiarity with operating a manual lathe is beneficial but not required. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive wages and an extensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, accident, and critical care insurance. The role offers 1st shift Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM and 2nd shift Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM, with a 15% shift differential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Lino Lakes, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
