**Job Title: Deburrer**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team in a custom shop serving diverse industries including food, agriculture, and defense. As a shop helper, you will be responsible for using the saw, deburring parts, moving materials, and assisting in various tasks as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate saws for material cutting.
+ Deburr parts to ensure smooth finishes.
+ Assist in moving materials efficiently.
+ Provide support in various shop tasks as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in deburring and grinding.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools.
+ Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in metal manufacturing.

**Work Environment**
Work in a fabrication shop with a focus on diversity, serving a broad clientele. The facility is new, clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned during the summer. Operations run on the first shift with core hours from 6 am to 3 pm, offering flexibility to start as early as 4 am and concluding by noon on Fridays. Average work weeks range from 45 to 48 hours.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of De Pere, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
company benefits after 90 days.
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in De Pere,WI.
