Job Title: Deburr OperatorJob Description

Join our team as a Deburr Operator, where you will engage in repetitive, fast-paced assembly and deburring tasks. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of parts daily, ranging from 20 to over 100.

ResponsibilitiesPerform repetitive and fast-paced assembly and deburring tasks.Deburr and polish parts with precision.Visually inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.Operate grinding machines efficiently.Maintain a high level of production throughout the shift.Essential SkillsExperience in fast-paced assembly or deburring.Ability to handle repetitive and high-volume tasks.Skill in operating grinding machines.Proficiency in visually inspecting parts for quality assurance.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in both assembly and deburring is preferred.Ability to work in a high-volume versus a job shop environment is a plus.Flexibility to work overtime as required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is for a 3rd shift opening, with working hours from 4:15 pm to 2:45 am, Monday through Thursday, and potential overtime on Fridays. The role involves working in a high-volume production environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roscoe, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
