**About The Role**
The Dealer Services Administrator is responsible for completing daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations related to Mutual Fund and Segregated Fund accounts and demographic information. This position has designated tasks to complete in addition to shared work within the Dealer Services Team, which supports internal teams across the HUB Financial/HUB Capital division.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Responsible for distributing Not-in-good-Order (NIGO) internally
+ Set up system access to both Advisors and clients and troubleshoot access related issues.
+ Responsible for processing, following up, and handling distribution invoices for Letters of Indemnity (LOI).
+ Process cash transactions through A$M (FundSERV) or cheque requisition
+ Complete the daily Non-Financial Update (NFU) Reconciliations
+ Complete the monthly reconciliations for Advisor mismatches
+ Troubleshoot trade-related issues to comply with FundSERV standards
+ Facilitate and QC the quarterly statement productions with the back office provider and the printing company.
+ Assist the Advisor Experience Specialist in onboarding new Mutual Fund advisors
+ Communicate with Fund Companies and Carriers to resolve and address issues
**What You’ll Need for Success**
+ Community college education or equivalent post-secondary diploma
+ 2 years investment industry experience, back office preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
+ Knowledge about FundSERV is an asset
+ Knowledge about Client-Name account and Intermediary is an asset.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
+ Must possess a positive attitude with customer service focus.
+ Ability to work efficiently and effectively, utilizing good time management skills

**Compensation**
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
