DCS Global Program Manager Job ID 248840 Posted 10-Dec-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Data Centers Location(s) London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland **Job Title:** **DCS Global Program Manager** **Reporting to:** **DCS Global Technical and Reliability Director** **Location: London** **Collaborates with:** **Wider COO team, DCS Regional Technical Director and DCS Technical Managers.** **Supports all the DCS accounts globally.** **Works with CBRE central functions – D&T, Engineering, IFM Academy etc.** **Purpose:** + Develop specific COO programs to improve operational excellence of DCS. + Driving feasibility studies for best practice initiatives. + Establish implementation plans for these new programs. **Key responsibilities:** The DCS Global Program Manager is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on developing strategies, content, processes, and training to support the global Data Center Solutions business. This position will not have direct line management responsibilities but will play a critical role in various key programs, including: + Develop the Scope Engine to enable a common input of scope to feed various business processes and technology platforms. + Develop the new version of CERM for DCS working with the wider business as needed (CERM 6 / ‘The Hexagons’). + Developing AI Agent applications and the support of other technological platforms and the underlying data required to optimize these tools. + Support the development of a ‘Data Centre Skin’ for IFM Hub. + This role requires a proactive approach to support the evolving needs of the DCS business and its clients. **General:** + Understand the business need through surveys and interaction with the account teams. + Appreciate the need for solutions to be customised to allow them to be delivered at scale across the various commercial and delivery models within DCS. + Involve/update key stakeholders in COO team and CBRE operational teams on progress with these projects. + Coordinate actions and deliveries of any ongoing projects, ensuring that the deadlines are met. + Support COO team with coordination of programs and data requests. **Training & Qualifications:** + Recognised business or FM equivalent qualification. + Advantage to have program management experience in a related environment. **Skills and Experience:** Skills, knowledge or experience required for the satisfactory performance of the job: + Working across different countries and cultures. + Sound overall knowledge of FM Operations. + Expertise in program management and transition. + Business development knowledge advantageous. + Transition experience desirable. + The ability to demonstrate logical process with sound judgment and good analytical qualities. + Strong presentation, communication and customer interfacing skills. + Self-motivated, resourceful and resilient. + Hands-on resolution approach. + Diplomatic, tactful and approachable. + Business minded, change oriented and proactive.
