WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a DC Team Leader at our new Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia, you will lead a high-performing team to ensure daily operational excellence.
Our state-of-the-art facility, spanning nearly 250,000 sqm and set to open in the second half of 2026, will be the largest and most highly automated DC in our global network. Your key responsibilities will be:
Provide leadership, direction, and organization for your team within the department, while actively monitoring and enhancing productivityGuide, mentor, and empower your team to achieve high performance and continuous growth, while ensuring streamlined, cost-effective operationsSupport your Department Manager in driving operational excellence, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivityDrive process improvements and maintain operational standardsUphold compliance with safety, HR, and governance policiesBy joining us during the pre‑opening phase, you will play a critical role in testing warehouse processes and preparing DC Associates for live operations. Your pre‑Go‑Live responsibilities will include:
Support and deliver hands‑on training for DC Associates to ensure process understanding and operational readiness.Contribute to training materials, work instructions, and launch documentation.Support end‑to‑end testing of warehouse processes, systems, and equipment, identifying issues and improvements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.Support readiness checks and a smooth transition into full go‑live operations.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
