DC&P Analyst
Job Title: DC&P AnalystJob Description

As an Analyst in Construction Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with various legal and regulatory standards, including Prevailing Wages & Apprenticeship, the Davis-Bacon Act, and Local and Domestic Content requirements. You will manage document control structures, conduct audits, and support key initiatives to maintain information integrity within the Construction Project Management system. Your responsibilities will also include collecting, reviewing, certifying, and submitting all required reports in accordance with state and federal requirements.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage compliance with prevailing wage laws and apprenticeship programs, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.Monitor and enforce compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act, ensuring wage rates and labor standards are upheld.Ensure adherence to local and domestic content requirements for all projects, verifying compliance and documentation.Implement and manage document control processes to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility of compliance-related documents.Handle routine inquiries and concerns, including review and follow-up for timely document submission.Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and identify areas for improvement.Review and audit compliance reports for accuracy and completeness, preparing detailed findings and recommendations.Stay updated with changes in relevant regulations to ensure organizational practices align with current laws and standards.Provide training and support to internal teams regarding compliance requirements and best practices.Set up and maintain projects in the construction project management system.Create and generate reports, analyze data, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to Project Managers.Maintain strong relationships with vendors/subcontractors and internal customers.Assist Operations with administrative duties and perform other related tasks as assigned by Management.Provide support to the construction management team as needed.Audit contractor reports and requirements to ensure compliance with contracts.Audit internal processes to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.Promote good communication and coordination with other departments.Guide and support project management team members as needed.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree.Eligible to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.Experience in document control and process auditing.Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsConstruction experience and/or construction internship preferred.Renewable energy experience and/or renewable energy internship preferred.Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred.Work Environment

The role requires working five days a week in the office.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
