We are opening a state-of-the-art, highly automated, BREEAM certified, Omni-Logistics Centre in Robakowo, Poland, to serve all European Portfolio Brands markets. This new warehouse will have 62K sqm and employ between 500 and 700 ambitious, committed, and motivated colleagues dedicated to fulfilling our customer promise efficiently and sustainably.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Responsible for all financial and operational data related to DC controlling, incl. set up and follow up on agreed budget, projects, KPIs (e.g. cost, service, sustainability) in terms of efficiency and productivity as well as quality assuranceSupport departments and management team with financial and quantitative insights as well as reports and analysesVerify correct invoicing and quality check of main cost driversSupport identifying and driving areas of improvement with regards to DC performance by performing relevant analyses and reports as well as define potential action plan, e.g. for improving profitability, service level, efficiency, DC costs etc.Support defining framework & reports structure to follow up on business results on regular basis, in alignment with overall global guidelines and reporting needs of DC mgmt., audit routines etc.Support and drive contract negotiation (e.g. oversee and initiate tendering of contracts with external vendors)Provide quantitative decision support to DC management teamChallenge and validate planningConduct DC Planner responsib. at Retail DCs of size L & smaller

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed:

Deep knowledge of controlling, logistics, DC operations & finance, related software and regional specifics, as well as operational capabilitiesGood understanding of cross-functional departments and collaboration within RegionsSolid skills in project mgmt., prioritization and business caseStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetFluent Polish and very good knowledge of EnglishStrong communication & coordination skillsAbility to collaborate and co-create with othersAgile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growthInclusive and empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity Ability to understand your impact to others and contribution to the bigger picture
