Job Description:
Days: Sunday, Tuesday-Friday or Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday (Days subject to change)
Hours: Start time could be 6:00 am
End time could be 7:00 pm (All times are subject to change)
Responsible for checking motorized equipment in/out of the motor pool daily. Will document names of employees checking equipment in/out, security of equipment, maintenance and appearance check, radio communication, email documents daily and communicate discrepancies with management. Daily equipment walk-off, document and communicate all infractions with 1DA & 2DA operations. Will utilize email to communicate and send Excel or Word documents to multiple work groups.
Responsibilities:
Updating daily tracking documents (Excel)
Scanning and emailing documents
Perform daily audits of motorized equipment
Tracking and accountability of motorized vehicles
Occasionally driving motorized vehicles
Document names of employees who are checking in/out equipment
Utilizing computer/laptop to check in/out dispatch phones
Communicate daily with employees
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Strong verbal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and utilize time effectively
Available to work 5 days a week
Availability to work extended days/hours during Peak Season (November 1st – December 13st)
Will work outside and need to prepare for inclement weather
