Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Daylight Production Associate to join their team. As a Daylight Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational roles. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to different tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Daylight Production Associate
**Location:** New Castle, PA
**Pay Range:**
**Shift:** Day shift 6P-4A M-F, with overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform production labor tasks efficiently and safely.
+ Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required.
+ Work in various roles throughout the facility as needed.
+ Complete overtime hours as designated by management.
+ Pass required health and safety tests, including hearing, vision, and respirator fit tests.
**What's Needed?**
+ No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
+ Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays and some Saturdays.
+ Must be able to clear health and safety tests.
+ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
