**Job Title: Shift Production Worker** Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Shift Production Workers. You will be constructing various wooden pallets, crates, and storage units used by shipping and manufacturing clients. Basic math skills and proficiency in reading and using a tape measure are essential for this role. Spanish speakers are welcomed. Responsibilities + Construct wooden pallets, crates, and storage units. + Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure. + Operate and maintain band saws, table saws, and circular saws. + Use heavy nail guns for assembly, shooting 2-inch nails. + Work in various work stations cutting and assembling materials. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. + Experience with heavy nail guns, pneumatic drills, and saws is preferred. + Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Work Environment The work environment is loud due to the constant use of nail guns and saws. The facility is organized into several work stations surrounded by lumber, and conditions can be hot or cold depending on the weather. You will work independently or in small teams, handling and lifting various materials. Team lifting is encouraged for heavier loads. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENT, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
