Job Description
As a Shift Production Worker, you will be responsible for constructing various wooden pallets, crates, and storage units for shipping and manufacturing clients. This role requires strong math skills and the ability to read and use a tape measure effectively.
ResponsibilitiesConstruct wooden pallets, crates, and storage units.Work at various stations using band saws, table saws, and circular saws.Operate heavy nail guns for assembly.Ensure accurate measurements using tape measures.Essential SkillsProficiency with tape measures.Strong mechanical inclination.Excellent math skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Experience with heavy nail guns, pneumatic drills, and saws is preferred.A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is very loud, with frequent use of nail guns and saws. The facility includes several work stations surrounded by lumber. Be prepared to work in varying temperatures depending on the season. You will work alone or in small teams, with an emphasis on safety and team lifting for heavier materials.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENT, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
