**Job Title: Shift Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Shift Production Worker where you will be responsible for constructing various wooden pallets, crates, and storage units for shipping and manufacturing clients in the area. This role requires strong math skills and the ability to read and use a tape measure effectively.
**Responsibilities**
+ Construct wooden pallets, crates, and storage units.
+ Work at different stations to cut lumber using band saws, table saws, or circular saws.
+ Assemble units using heavy nail guns that shoot 2-inch nails.
+ Read and interpret measurements accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in using a tape measure.
+ Strong math skills.
+ Mechanical inclination.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience with heavy nail guns, pneumatic drills, and saws is preferred.
+ A strong work ethic and positive attitude can lead to more opportunities and overtime.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is loud due to the continuous use of nail guns and saws. The facility is organized into several workstations with lumber surrounding the area. Workers should be prepared for varying temperatures and must be comfortable working alone or in small teams of 2-3 associates. Physical activity includes lifting, bending, and stacking materials, with team lifting for heavier items.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENT, Washington.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
