The Gogo Datalink Support Specialist works with the Flight Deck Services team to quickly and efficiently set up services and handle training for new and existing business aviation customers.  The right candidate is detail-oriented and a root cause problem solver.

How will you make a difference?

Initiate contact with new customers for service setup, training, and aircraft configurationProvide service and troubleshooting for various Avionics equipmentCommunicate regularly (telephone, email, in-person) with existing customers regarding service enhancements, training & changesCreate & maintain user guidesSupport sales team with customer opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience2-4 years’ experience in Aviation (FBO, flight department, airline, or other aviation-related business) ~10% travel required

Proven strong customer service and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environmentInitiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment

Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience

Familiarity and/or experience with aviation datalink communications, desiredHas worked with satellite communications, desiredKnowledge of aircraft avionics, desiredPilots license (private or better) preferred

Base Pay:

80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
