Database Developer / Administrator

Our client is seeking a Database Developer to join their team. As a Database Developer, you will will heavily contribute to our client's modernization initiatives, including migrating infrastructure, data pipelines, and application layers to Azure.
**Job Title:** Database Developer
**Location:** Remote for East Coast candidates
**Pay Range:** $60-65 per hour
**What’s Needed?**
+ Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database architecture, performance tuning, and administration, preferably with cloud-hosted instances.
+ Ability to write complex SQL queries, views, and functions to support data discovery and mapping.
+ Demonstrable experience designing, implementing, and optimizing ETL processes, including extracting data from various sources, transforming it based on business rules, and loading it into PostgreSQL databases using modern ETL tools.
+ Ability to perform complex data discovery and mapping across diverse data structures.
+ Experience in LLM, AI development, Parquet file format, API data readiness, Snowflake
