**This role is remote  ****Must have an Active DoD Clearance ****Experience as a Database Administrator in a DoD Environment  ********This is supporting an upcoming need that will begin fall 2025 Primary Functions:  + Provide technical assessments for major project planning. + Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. + Coordinate changes to computer databases. + Identify, investigate, and resolve database performance issues, database capacity, and database scalability. + Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases. Education/Experience/Skills: + U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD SECRET Clearance required. + Bachelor's degree in quantitative field + SUBSITUTION: Associate degree plus two years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. + 3+ years of professional experience with Database Administrator within a DoD/Federal environment. + Must have experience supporting a legacy system ---> cloud migration utilizing SQL Reporting. + Experience supporting USN/DoD is preferred. + Preferred- Experience with All Weapons Information Systems (USN).
