This position will be part of MNIT’s Human and Social Digital Services (HSDS) team, which supports agency teams at these state agencies: Department of Human Services (DHS), MNsure, the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), and Direct Care and Treatment (DCT). The MNIT HSDS team combines development and IT operations with a DevOps approach to ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of critical technology systems that serve counties, families, and individuals across Minnesota. As a Data Warehouse ETL Analyst you will provide advanced professional knowledge and skills in the analysis, design, development, implementation and support of the programs and jobs used in the extraction, conversion, loading, and maintenance of PRISM and MAXIS/MEC2 (in a primary capacity) and some MMIS (in a backup capacity), and other source system data within the data warehouse relational environment. Experience must include: + Advanced hands on experience with **Microsoft SSIS** development. + Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and complex queries. + Experience with **Azure data services** such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, or Synapse. + Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling. + Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. + Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. + Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a manner that facilitates mutual understanding. + Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem-solving to deliver positive user experiences.
