**We are looking for:**
A regional data steward responsible for accurate, consistent, and well-governed master data across all sites in their region, ensuring compliance with global standards and driving continuous improvement.
+ Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to monitor data quality, compliance, governance KPIs, and SLA performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
+ Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplications, or inaccuracies in collaboration with local data custodians.
+ Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with global data standards and governance rules.
+ Act as the regional subject matter expert for master data governance policies and contribute to their development and improvement.
+ Serve as a bridge between central and site teams to align regional practices with global standards.
+ Oversee master data processes, including the creation and maintenance of part numbers, and support related change management initiatives.
**You will bring:**
+ Experience in data stewardship, data governance, or master data management, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
+ Strong proficiency with SAP master data, MDM SharePoint, query writing, and reporting tools such as Excel and Qlik Sense.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
+ Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration across all departments and levels.
+ High attention to detail and strong business awareness to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and effective governance processes.
