This position requires a schedule of 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and some weekends.

The ideal candidate currently resides in Texas or Oklahoma. 

I. Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Data Specialist is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data. This role is also responsible for ensuring all operational data is entered and/or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day. 

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

Communicate daily with driver(s) on designated communication platforms regarding missing time clock entries.Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in/check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS informationValidation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) dataManage cases and confirm/close-out customer tickets dailyAssist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programsLandfill reconciliation, Area disposal reporting, update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as neededShared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records

III. Qualifications 

A. Required Qualifications 
 

High School Diploma (accredited)

B. Preferred Qualifications 
 

Experience in operations, data entry, and data analysis
