As a Full Stack Java/React Developer - Data Scientist Lead in the Consumer and Community Banking Operations at JPMorganChase, you will be an integral part of an agile team that enhances, builds, and delivers trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Job responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, and React Micro frontendsDesign and implement cloud-based applications on AWS, specifically utilizing AWS ECSCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment using DevOps practicesLead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementCollaborate with designers, product owners, and back-end engineers to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and performance-optimized interfacesApply CI/CD and DevOps best practices to streamline build, test, and deployment processesOptimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibilityContribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologiesAdd to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5 years applied experienceProven expertise in Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, React Micro frontends, AWS ECS, and DevOpsStrong experience with database technologies including AWS RDS, Oracle, and Aurora PostgreSQLHands-on data engineering experience with AWS Glue, Spring Batch for ETL pipelines, and PySparkFamiliarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including tools like Jenkins and SpinnakerStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals across the globeDemonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing projectsExperience collaborating in Agile/Scrum development environments
