The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models and advanced analytical solutions that drive business value. This role requires hands-on ownership of end-to-end model development, close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and active contribution to innovation and product evolution within the AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML models and data-driven products.
- Lead and contribute to R&D initiatives for AI-driven features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and end users for model refinement.
- Analyze large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
- Build and maintain APIs for model serving and integration.
- Ensure best practices in model lifecycle management.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
- Understanding of statistical modeling and evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of NLP and Generative AI frameworks.
- Experience in Python API development (FastAPI preferred).
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Agentic AI frameworks.
- Understanding of AI orchestration tools and workflows.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in MCP (Model Context Protocol) server development.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale AI environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
