Our team collaborates with machine learning scientists, product managers, engineers, Suppliers, fulfillment associates, and with a variety of customers across Amazon worldwide.
Key job responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated, user-friendly analytics platforms that enable stakeholders to manage the business, make data-driven decisions, and access timely, structured data at scale.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software development teams to implement robust data structures, ensure data quality, and leverage Amazon's data resources effectively to support large-scale analysis and machine learning model deployment.
• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, data engineers, and business intelligence engineers to translate complex business problems into analytical solutions that enhance seller/vendor experience and inform product roadmaps.
• Present insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership through written reports and verbal presentations, earning trust through clear articulation of data-driven findings and their business impact.
• Multi-task effectively across gap analysis, metric development, deep dives, data quality investigations, and stakeholder presentations in a fast-paced environment on high-visibility initiatives.
• Develop training materials and documentation that empower stakeholders to independently leverage self-serve reporting tools and analytics platforms for decision-making.
