**Job Description**
+ We are seeking an experienced **Data Science Practitioner** to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver advanced **AI and machine learning-based frameworks** that drive data-informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage and mentor team members, and ensure the effective implementation of AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and implement innovative **AI and machine learning models** to enhance decision-making and business outcomes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes.
+ Conduct in-depth **data analyses** to evaluate the performance and impact of deployed AI models.
+ Measure and justify the value of AI and machine learning initiatives.
+ Stay current with emerging **Data Science and AI trends** to continuously refine strategies and methods.
+ Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
+ Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights across multiple teams.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ **Advanced proficiency in SQL** for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
+ **Strong proficiency in Python** , with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
+ Expertise in **Data Science, AI Strategy, and Data Analysis & Interpretation** .
+ Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable AI/ML models in a business environment.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data and AI services.
+ Knowledge of **data visualization tools** (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
+ Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field** .
